2007 marked the opening of the new 22,000 m² plant where, alongside the extrusion lines, the company has also developed an important plastic materials recycling plant used to recover post-consumer PET obtained from separate waste collection.

In 2012, AMP Recycling joined the I.L.P.A. Group, Europe’s first group to vertically integrate the R-PET supply chain, from post-consumer PET packaging to new finished products.
